The Elder Law, Trusts & Estates Association presents our Halloween themed event - The Horrors of Dying Intestate - in which we will discuss the default NYS laws governing intestacy (passing with no will or testamentary provisions in place to protect/direct your end of life care of assets), the advantages/disadvantages to dying intestate, and most importantly, how attorneys in this field protect and guide clients of all ages through this very routine yet strategic process. Please join us for a wonderful evening of discussion, dinner, and networking! We welcome everyone and hope to see you all there!
