CA Joins Touro Law Center Board of Governors

– Touro Law Center is pleased to announce that Amy Fliegelman Olli, executive
vice president and general counsel at CA, has joined the Board of Governors.
The Touro Law Center Board of Governors, chaired by Howard M. Stein, a partner
at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, includes approximately 40 members and
has had a significant role in the development of the law center.
Olli is responsible for CA’s Law Department, including all legal activities
relating to software licensing, intellectual property, litigation and
acquisitions. Prior to joining CA in 2006, Amy spent nearly 20 years in various
legal positions at IBM. In her last post, she was IBM vice president and
general counsel, Americas, and co-global coordinator, sales and distribution.
In that role, she was responsible for a team of more than 200 lawyers in the
U.S., Europe, Latin America and Canada, and for coordination of all the sales
and distribution lawyers in IBM on a global basis.
Earlier, she had been the associate general counsel, Southwest Europe. In that
capacity, Amy was responsible for managing all legal matters relating to IBM's
business in the region. She also has been the associate general counsel for
IBM's Global Services business and IBM's Software Group sales activities in
Europe, Middle East and Africa.
She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the
State University of New York at Oswego and a J.D. from Western New England
School of Law.
