Students who do best typically treat law school like a job. They create a study plan that commits them to working the necessary hours, on a regular schedule, beginning with the first week of class. Starting with First Year Orientation, the Office of Students Services works with students to create weekly, monthly, and semester-long study schedules, that accommodate a student's obligations and life rhythms, and are sensitive to practical, family, and social needs, but still assure that students spend the requisite amount of time on their studies.
