Rachel Goldsmith - Transitioning from the open studios of fashion school to the rigorous classrooms of legal education might seem like a complete 180° shift, but for Rachel Goldsmith, it was the "click" she needed to find her true calling. Read more.

Heaven Jones -  Heaven Jones balanced a full-time career as a flight attendant with the demands of the FlexTime JD Program to fulfill her long-time dream of earning her law degree in pursuit of supporting those in the entertainment industry. Read more.

Yessica Martinez - Yessica Martinez’s path to a legal career began at a high school summer camp. Today, she is ready to enter the profession and has returned to that same camp as a volunteer, helping shape the future for students following in her footsteps. Read more.

Mitch Merida - For most, managing nearly a dozen business locations and hundreds of employees would be the pinnacle of a career. For Mitchel Merida, it was the realization that he needed a seat at a different table. Read more.

Brian Wersan - Law school was never on Brian's radar until two mentors at work noticed something in him and encouraged him to attend. He enrolled in the part-time program, served as Editor-in-Chief of Touro Law Review, and is looking forward to beginning his Fellowship in September. Read more.


Degree Conferral

Degrees for May 2026 graduates will be conferred on June 2, 2026. Immediately following the entry of degree information into the academic records system, diplomas will be ordered. It takes approximately 6 weeks for diplomas to be printed and mailed to graduates. Graduates will be notified, via Touro email, when degrees are conferred and diplomas have been ordered.
