The Fannie and Samuel Glickstein Memorial Fellowship

The Fannie Samuel and Glickstein Memorial Fellowship was established by the loving family and friends of Fannie and Samuel Glickstein.

The purpose of the Fellowship is to facilitate student employment in public interest legal work. Historically, students interested in public interest legal work have had to make a financial sacrifice. The Fannie and Samuel Glickstein Memorial Fellowship is designed to make it possible for one law student each summer to work at a public interest job. The Fellowship will offset the financial sacrifice made by a student who takes a public interest job during the summer months while at law school.

The Public Interest Law Fellowship Subcommittee will make the selection of the recipient of the Fannie and Samuel Glickstein Memorial Fellowship. The Subcommittee will select the most qualified student from the pool of applicants for the Public Interest Law Fellowships. The Dean of the Law School will annually acknowledge the selection of the Fellow to the immediate members of the Glickstein family.
