Join us for an essential panel discussion on PFAS, or "forever chemicals"— a growing environmental and public health concern with direct implications for local governments and residents. This session will equip attorneys, County and Town officials, Planning Department staff, and policy influencers with critical insights into the sources, risks, and regulatory landscape surrounding PFAS contamination. Learn how these persistent chemicals may affect land use planning, infrastructure, water quality, and development approvals—and what steps you and your municipality can take to respond proactively and protect public health.
